Exchange & Return Policy
At DNA, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll arrange a free exchange and cover shipping both ways. Delivery of the replacement takes:
- Cairo: 4–6 working days
- Outside Cairo: 5–7 working days
- For exchanges by preference (size, color, or any reason unrelated to a defect or our error), the applicable shipping fees will be charged.
Returns & Refunds
- Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Returns/refunds are not available during Black Friday, promotional campaigns, clearance, or major sale periods.
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, you'll get a full refund including any shipping fees you paid.
- For a change of mind, original shipping fees (if any) are deducted from the refund.
Items We Can't Accept
For hygiene and safety, we can't accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags, or on final-sale items.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our quality team.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
