  • You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Refunds are not available during Black Friday, promotional campaigns, clearance, or major sale periods.
  • If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, you'll receive a full refund including shipping fees paid.
  • For a change of mind, original shipping fees (if any) are deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our quality team.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
