We deliver across Egypt with care, so your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 1–2 working days
• Outside Cairo & Giza: 3-4 working days

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Any active free-shipping offers will be applied automatically.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details by email/SMS so you can follow it to your door.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or no response after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us and re-shipping fees may apply.
